Partnering Hotels
CANIS is partnering with four convenient and dog-friendly hotels to help make your CANIS Conference experience seamless and comfortable. The Renaissance Convention Center Hotel and the Embassy Suites Schaumburg are both central to the convention center. However, each location offers amenities and special rates for attendees. ​

Renaissance Convention Center
Rates start at $189/night
Dogs are permitted. The hotel explicitly allows domesticated animals, including non-service dogs of all breeds and sizes, in guest rooms.

Pet fee: A $100 nonrefundable pet fee per room will be charged.
​
Animals must be accompanied by a trainer or owner at all times.
Embassy Suites Schaumburg
Rates start at $169/night
All guests with pets must sign a pet policy waiver at check-in, including contact phone number and email.

Pet fees: $75 nonrefundable fee for stays of 1–4 nights. $125 nonrefundable fee for stays of 5+ nights
Maximum of 2 pets per room. Animals must be accompanied by a trainer or owner at all times.
