Partnering Hotels

CANIS is partnering with four convenient and dog-friendly hotels to help make your CANIS Conference experience seamless and comfortable. The Renaissance Convention Center Hotel and the Embassy Suites Schaumburg are both central to the convention center. However, each location offers amenities and special rates for attendees. While reservations aren’t open just yet, check back soon for booking links and details only available through our official hotel partners.

Renaissance Convention Center

Rates start at $189/night

Dogs are permitted. The hotel explicitly allows domesticated animals, including non-service dogs of all breeds and sizes, in guest rooms.

Pet fee: A $100 nonrefundable pet fee per room will be charged.

Animals must be accompanied by a trainer or owner at all times.

Hyatt Regency

For each room occupied with one to two dogs max, the registered guest will be required to sign the pet policy waiver at check in and will be charged a $100.00 nonrefundable pet fee.

Embassy Suites Schaumburg

All guests with pets must sign a pet policy waiver at check-in, including contact phone number and email.

Pet fees: $75 nonrefundable fee for stays of 1–4 nights. $125 nonrefundable fee for stays of 5+ nights

Maximum of 2 pets per room. Animals must be accompanied by a trainer or owner at all times.

Hyatt Place

Weight limit: 1 dog up to 50 lbs or 2 dogs with a combined weight up to 75 lbs
