Livestream (virtual) registration is non-refundable. All purchases are final.

CANIS Con, its instructor(s), designer(s), contractor(s), exhibitor(s), sponsor(s), and owner(s) shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information contained in this conference.

For that reason, this conference is sold without any guarantees or warranties of any kind.

Access to Sessions
Only registered participants may access livestreamed sessions. Credentials and links are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.
Only sessions designated as livestreamed in the schedule will be available.

Technology Requirements
Livestream attendees are responsible for their own technology setup. This includes:

A compatible desktop, laptop, or tablet

An updated browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

Limited technical support will be available during the event, but CANIS is not liable for personal technical difficulties.

Recording Access
Your registration includes recording access and you will receive access instructions after the event. Recordings will be available for a limited time only.

Media Sharing and Security
Livestream content is protected. Recording, downloading, rebroadcasting, or redistributing any portion of the conference is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Livestream attendees may be eligible to earn CEUs for select sessions. CEU availability is subject to final approval. Attendees are responsible for tracking their own credits and submitting documentation to certifying organizations, if required.

At the CANIS Conference, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment where all attendees feel welcome and respected. We ask that everyone conduct themselves in a professional and considerate manner throughout the event.

To support this mission, CANIS has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of our code of conduct both at the conference, and in online forums. Failure to correct this behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for all members of our community.
